STEP 1: MATERIAL SELECTION
In the past, Japanese sword makers chose Tamahagane steel and used "Fuigo".
All IKASU golf heads are made with the highest grade of S25C carbon steel, which we found most suitable for one-piece forged golf heads. This material is more durable than S20C but is still soft enough to maintain maximum feel.

STEP 2: FIRST FORGING
To obtain the best forging, the steel must be heated to just below the melting point, mostly around 1150 °C to 1250 °C. Our experts decide what temperature is needed depending on daily ambient temperature. This heated steel will then be forged using one of the best forging equipment available today.
STEP 3: PREPARE FOR DOUBLE-FORGING
The excess metal will then be removed while the forged heads are prepared for the second forging. You may notice from the picture that each head is forged from a single piece of Carbon Steel.
STEP 4: SECOND FORGING AND HOSEL DRILL
Once cooled down, the heads will be heated again for the second forging. This will increase the density of the heads. Most companies only use the hosel-welding method to be cost-effective but at IKASU, we forge our club heads from a single piece of steel for maximum feel at impact and ease of adjustment.
STEP 5: HAND STAMP SCORE LINES AND LOGO
Score Lines and Logos are put in place by the our highly-skilled experts.
STEP 6 : FINAL ANALYSIS
After that,Our experts will, then, adjust loft/lie, and hand-grind to the desired bounce. And repeat this step until the perfect specification.
